• Conduct team meetings with Allied Health Care Professionals such as Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, and Psychologist.
• Planning and implementation of social/emotional/behavioural Interventions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or equivalent
• Degree in Psychology and other relevant courses of study can be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children (ages 18 months – 6 years) with learning disorders and/or disabilities
• Experience in Early Intervention Setting or with children with special needs would be an advantage
• Have a strong command of English and have good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and yet be a good team player
• Knowledge of AEPS would be an advantage

• Demonstrating exercises to students and providing individualized instruction and corrections
• Determining what equipment is needed for classes, such as balls, mats, blocks, straps, exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights
• Teaching students stretching exercises to improve flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular health
• Demonstrating how to use exercise equipment in a safe manner
• Scheduling classes and communicating with clients about class times and cancellations
• Demonstrating proper technique to students during classes
• Assisting students with proper form during exercise routines
• Observing students during class to monitor form, posture, breathing patterns, technique, and safety precautions
• Leading group fitness classes that focus on strengthening the core muscles and improving balance and flexibility.

Pilates Instructors Skill:

Instructors should be able to explain the purpose of each exercise and how it can help students meet their fitness goals. Many students may be new to the Pilates method and may need more guidance and instruction than an experienced practitioner. Having patience can help you provide your students with the support they need to learn the Pilates method and see results.

Leadership: Leadership skills can help a pilates instructor guide their students through a workout. They can use their leadership skills to motivate their students and encourage them to push themselves during a workout. Roles and Responsibility

· Delivery and presentation of lesson content to children

· Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework

· Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre

· Ensure safety of children

· Regular liaison with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress and behaviour

· Fetching of students from nearby schools

· Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
