What You’ll Do:

• Design and Lead Literacy Adventures: Develop and implement engaging literacy lessons that align with our educational philosophy.
• Create Inspiring Learning Environments: Craft age-appropriate teaching aids and bring lessons to life with creativity and energy.
• Foster Positive Growth: Use positive guidance techniques to nurture students' development and maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Build Strong Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication and a collaborative learning environment.
• Track and Celebrate Progress: Keep detailed records of each student’s journey and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc.)
• Experience: At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years old.
• Dynamic Personality: A creative and energetic individual who brings excitement to the classroom.
• Effective Communicator: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Knowledgeable: Understanding of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons, helping students grasp key concepts and complete their daily homework and spelling tasks.
• Supervise and care for primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring their safety and well-being from school to the student center.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about students’ behavior and learning progress.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the center, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Head.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to guide all 4 primary school subjects: Chinese, English, Math, and Science. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to guide students in the Chinese language subject.
• A demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
• Previous experience teaching children, especially at the primary level, is preferred.
