Primary Job Functions

· Deliver music lessons according to the given curriculum in an engaging manner

· Conduct lessons according to the agreed schedule with school

· Monitor the attendance of students for each lesson and provide feedback to the school on cases of irregular attendance that require actions to be taken

· Ensure that all make-up lessons with students are carried out as agreed

· Monitor students’ progress and provide half-yearly progress reports on students

· Communicate with students’ parents at least on a monthly basis to provide ongoing feedback regarding students’ progress

· Assist in the organisation of Annual Concert and other school events

· Attend all scheduled school staff meetings (at least half-yearly)

· Monitor the signing up of annual music exams and ensure that students sign up accordingly

· Clear up the studio after the conduct of each lesson and reinstate the room
