Job Description:

· To assist the lead teacher in all classroom aspects

· Helping students to settle down for class (e.g. managing classroom dynamics)

· Taking students to the restroom

· Assisting with curriculum delivery and preparation

· Managing individual students in the classroom during the lesson

· Managing diversity and pace differences during the lesson

· Assisting with document management (e.g. filling, file closure, taking worksheets)

· Helping with the facilitation of classroom activities and games

· Develop strong relationships within the teaching team to ensure the efficient execution of curriculum

· Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work
