Join our growing team at Thomson Medical Pte Ltd as a Medical Records Clerk working a 5-day work week. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the smooth flow, confidentiality and maintain quality filing of case notes in Medical Records Office.
• Ensure proper storage and traceability of case notes in Medical Records Office.
• Retrieves case notes as required by requestors for various purpose and coordinates delivery/collection of case notes with requestors.
• Scan or fax requested documents to requestors and ensure all case notes are clerked and filled according to MRO policy.
• Tracks and documents irregularities in filing of case notes.
• Ensure all case notes are digitalized, stored at the designated storage company after coding, clerking and digitalization process.
• Maintains system in the storage of compact discs for scanned images.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-level or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Medical Records Clerk or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in data entry and using electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently

1. Co-ordinate with internal/extrnal parties on matters related to admin/office activities;

2. Assistin filing, typing, checking emails;

3. Other general admin duties

4. Assist in day to day filing, HR adminstrative duties and procedures;

5. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time;

6. Good in microsoft applications

JOB SCOPE

The job incumbent will assist the Purchasing Officer in handling the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in processing of documents such as Purchase Orders, Telephone Order Forms, enquiry forms for F&B tenders and indirect materials.

2. Updating of approved vendor's listing and vendor evaluation forms.

3. Prepares monthly report for petty cash.

4. Placing of orders for food service, indirect materials and re-order level of stock levels.

5. Sourcing of better priced and quality products.

6. Co-ordinate with the vendors or suppliers on the date and times of deliveries.

7. Able to negotiate with the various suppliers and/or vendors to get the best prices and quality products.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.

3. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other purchasing softwares.

4. Possess strong negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good administrative and problem solving skills.

6. Understanding of purchasing, storage and issue stock control procedures.

7. Able to work independently and as well as a team.

• Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
• Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
• Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
• Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
• Performing account reconciliations and audits.
• Reporting financial discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed.
• Providing customer service by answer questions and resolving queries and issues.
• Ensuring that the financial office supplies are maintained.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing, and answering phone calls and emails.
