Job Purpose:
The Temporary Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in the seamless transition of business operations by ensuring all customer, supplier, and inventory data from the newly acquired division is accurately input into SAP B1. This position is critical to preparing the system for business-as-usual (BAU) operations commencing on 3rd February 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter inventory information into SAP B1 (approximately 80+ inventory items).

· Input customer, supplier, inventory master details( including approximately 300 customer records less then 10 supplier and less than 80 inventory items), outstanding sales orders, and outstanding purchase orders.

· Input supplier and customer opening balances

· Assist with maintenance of same data into Germany data rocket system

· Assist with credit limit upload of new credit limit to SAP B1 for existing customer, also upload of customer credit limit to Euler Hermes and monitor the credit review status.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

· Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of data entry accuracy.

Qualifications:

· Mandatory: Prior experience with SAP B1.

· Proven track record of accurate and efficient data entry.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage tasks within strict timelines.

· Familiarity with finance or inventory systems is a plus.
