You will be the bridge between POS vendor and operation team to kickstart payment/ membership program. Initiating marketing mechanics and drawing data analysis to improve business model and drive revenue.

This role requires communication and analytic thinking process. Chinese speaking will be advantageous.

1. Handle daily phone call.
2. Able to dealing with customer’s feedback.
3. To answer customers’ enquire and complain promptly.
4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
5. Daily office admin work.
6. To be a good listener and able to interacting with a diverse group of customers and colleagues.
7. Quick response to customer’s issues by actively find a solution and making a right decision
8. Preparation of sale and sale-related reports on a timely basis.

Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk

• Receive and process documents accordingly
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents
• Manage and organize records and files
• Prepare relevant reports as needed
• Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications for Data Entry Clerk

• 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think analytically
