Reponsibilities:

• Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
• Manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary.
• Coordinating the logistics support, facilities and supporting the administrative aspects of the various intervention workshops.
• Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments when required including helping out in GIC programmes and events as assigned.
• Fosters a strong working relationship between all stakeholders in the program, including partners/providers, the clinical staff, administration and information management staff.
• Ensure compliance to standards and processes to preserve patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of health information.
• Project /Secretariat Support -Provide administrative support its workgroups and projects
• This includes but not limited to meeting coordination and working with Project Lead(s) to curate meeting agenda, draft minutes of meeting, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning.
• Any other special projects, as and when assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor holder in any major.
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Preferably possess written, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Clinical Patient Service Assistant - HealthCare Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Performance of ECG, Spirometry, Eye, Hearing Test, Step Test and other inclinic Testing etc

· Performance of Patient Escort / Transport to & from Hospital and Clinic

· Coordinate with the Medical Personnel

· Maintain medical equipment/ medications etc in working order and cleanliness and working environment

· Attends to any other patient / clinical requirements when needed.

· Use of Telemedical devices to assist Medical Doctor/Nurse for Patient Care

. Assisting the Doctor for Various procedures ,in clinic test and services

. Handle registration of patients, phone calls, emails, electronic communications etc

. Provide In clinic Patient care services

. Use of Electronic Medical Records

. Medication – dispensing and management

. Helps to maintain a clean, safe and neat clinic environment

Requirements:

· Female Personnel / Male Personnel

· Relevant experience is welcome

· Punctuality and Responsible - a very important aspect

· Able to work independantly

. Working Hours: 5.5day week -- 8am/9am to 5pm/6pm - Weekdays, 8am/9am to 12noon/1pm- Saturday

Salary starts from $1800 - depending on relavant experience
