Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification will be an advantage

Streamline and execute administrative workflows for the medical staff section, ensuring efficient operations and seamless clinical care across diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic radiology services while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and exits for medical staff
• Manage clinical training, sponsorships, credentialing, and honorarium processes while ensuring compliance
• Support HR systems, roster planning, and tracking of training hours and audits for seamless operations
• Prepare reports on manpower, training, sponsorship, and productivity for leadership review
• Coordinate departmental workshops, clinical events, and general office management tasks

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare administrative procedures
