Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical assessment of new clients.
• Perform regular evaluations of client needs through the creation, updating, and assessment of nursing care plans.

• Update nursing progress notes when clients attend center-based care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation.

• Ensure nursing care complies with Ministry of Health nursing standards.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to protect clients and staff.
• Provide training and supervision to the care team.
