Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday work week
• 4 days on Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM
• 1 day on PM Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• 1 Saturday per month on AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PMThe following Monday will be a day off.
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff.
• Oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Support staff training and development.
• Deliver quality care, particularly in a geriatric setting, and manage patient care plans effectively

As a Staff Nurse, you shall be responsible to provide professional nursing service of the Inpatient Ward/Suite in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a high standard of care to patients through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
• Responsible for the safe delivery of care to patients
• Support Nurse Manager/Clinician in ad-hoc task

Requirements

• Willing to commit to 3 shifts, on rotation basis.
• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Nursing.
• Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to build pipelines on Platform on data can be processed effectively

• Organize the database such that all clinical data are linked and easily retrieved - Build the pipelines for federated data sharing

• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and visualization work to support research projects, grant applications, and publications

• Database Management - Manage the database used to host our clinical data to ensure that it is maintained operationally in a cost-effective manner

• Perform data cleaning, data standardization, and data structuring for data in the database
