Job description

We are looking for nurses experienced in :

• Conducting health screening, blood draws and administrating vaccinations.
• Proficient in blood sugar level monitoring, resting ECG, visual acuity test, swab test, and related procedures.
• Managing patient appointments, providing care and offering counselling support.
• Handling patient registrations, inquiries, billings, claims, medication stock management, and inventory control.
• Coordinating with pharmaceutical, laboratory, and medical partners.
• Dispensing medications under doctor supervision, and providing chaperone assistance when needed.
• Assist doctor and be a chaperon when required
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and safety standards for patient well-being.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be:

• Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent working experience at a medical clinic or a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with clinic management system and claims processes is advantageous
• Proficient in English and a second language, both spoken and written.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team and demonstrating responsibility.
• Skilled in computer usage, including scheduling appointments.

Education Level

• Possess at least Nitec in Nursing, or Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Certified in BCLS / AED

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (with lunch break from 12.30pm to 2pm)
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm
• Rest days on Sunday and Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Provides high standard of Operating Theatre assistance to medical doctors
• Work harmoniously as a team with other nurses and medical professionals
• Assesses patients' needs on admission and throughout their recovery room stay
• Plans and implements patient care, follows-up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans
• Support medical doctors regarding patients' reviews
• Supports administrative and assigned duties relating to medication, equipment, post-op and nursing documentation, maintenance of OT and standard operating procedures
• Co-ordinates with relevant authorities pertaining to clinic matters for licensing, equipment registration or endorsement
• Ensures highest standards of clinical/day surgery requirement and adheres to by MOH regulation.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Min 2 years of Operating Theatre experience as Surgical / Scrub Nurse
