Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes and learning & growth perspectives.
- Manage daily operations of assigned service points, including front counter and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and department heads to address system issues and enhance patient experience.
- Ensure facilities are safe and welcoming for patients.
- Work with management to achieve customer satisfaction and innovate service offerings.
- Meet volume and financial goals by developing and executing business plans with clinical leaders.
- Oversee financial management and new business development through budgeting and reviews.
- Supervise non-nursing staff, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure effective training and orientation.
- Handle staff recruitment and retention to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Facilitate communication between staff and management, addressing issues promptly and proposing solutions.
- Participate in committees and assist with various tasks; may include job rotations every three years.
