• Oversees budget for the clinic to ensure company goals are being met, monitors clinic expenditures, and performs daily financial management tasks.
• Engages in leadership meetings with Regional Management to present key practice metrics for strategic business planning

• Be the main focal point to bridge communication between the various external and internal counterparts (e.g. group departments, doctors and clinic staff) to ensure all business requirements are aligned and met

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, and preparing patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor and manage patient responses to treatment, addressing complications or concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies, maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on advancements in fertility treatments and nursing practices.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
• Train and mentor junior IVF nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience - preferably with supervisory experience in a clinic
• Must have IVF experience

Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating the overall clinical practice setting and standard of care for patients requiring community care and supportive/palliative care in NNI. You will work closely with all grades of nursing staff, physicians, inter-disciplinary team and community partners to provide optimal supportive to our patients. You will act as a clinical resource person to nursing staff in the management of patients and manages a practice caseload in Neuroscience. You will adopt evidence-based clinical practice, teaching programmes to nursing staff and community partners, provide resources and comprehensive patient education programmes to patients, families & public.

Requirements:

• Recognised General Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in the area of Neuroscience specialty is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience in community nursing and/or palliative care is preferred
• Possesses good communication skills and a good team player
