Key Responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients:

• Provide nursing care and manage the medical needs of clients, including administering medication and supplements.
• Ensure clients’ safety and support their engagement in activities in a safe environment.
• Review daily reports on clients' activities and assess progress in terms of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Cognitive/Leisure Skills (CLS).
• Mentor and guide junior nursing staff to enhance team performance and client care.
• Assist staff nurses in managing patient care and conducting assessments.
• Coordinate clients’ medical appointments and follow-ups as required.

Other Responsibilities

• Participate in donor, volunteer, and fundraising events.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience.
• Professional Certificate / NITEC in Nursing and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Willing to do shift work.
• Experience working with persons with special needs or geriatrics is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.

Working Hours:

• 6 days a week with 2 shift hours.

Who We Need

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the ward (Mental Health).

Your key responsibilities are:

• Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.
• Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
• Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager / Doctor informed on patient’s condition, treatment/ intervention and outcome.
• Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Report all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager-on-Call
• Works cooperatively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care.
• Ensures accurate billing.

How to Succeed

Job Summary:

Provide nursing care and support to patients admitted to the hospital’s Day Ward, managing pre-procedure, post-procedure, and observation care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after their treatments or procedures in the Day Ward.
• Procedure Support:
  Assist with minor procedures, provide patient education, and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
• Monitoring & Observation:
  Track vital signs, observe patients’ recovery, and provide necessary interventions during their stay in the Day Ward.
• Discharge Preparation:
  Prepare patients for discharge, provide post-care instructions, and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience.
