• Interact closely with clinicians for clarifications/confirmation/feedback on documentation of principal diagnosis, secondary diagnosis and surgery/procedure/treatment if necessary that may affect coding accuracy and correct subvention
• Keep abreast of latest coding standards and update coding knowledge/coding skills
• Manage and track daily uncoded/coders workload report
• Work closely with the supervisor so as to continuously improve the current work processes in Clinical Coding office

Job Description

A Clinical Microbiologist position is available at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) in Singapore.

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. The Clinical Microbiologist will be part of a team of two microbiologists.
