• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. Summarized Purpose:

• Provides support to investigator sites, monitors, department, business unit or function through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials. Supports the overall performance, education and training of the sites on a study level to ensure the execution of protocols are completed accurately and on time. • Acts as the point of contact for sites, ensuring that questions, material orders and request for information are responded and documented in an accurate and timely manner. Project Quality & Test Management

•Guide the project team to develop the Quality Assurance framework for the project, including a overall Test Plan

•Plan and deliver the project in accordance to the processes, procedures and responsibilities under the Quality Management System for Project Management Methodology

•Ensure all the deliverables and testing meet the agreed requirements through the use of a Requirement Traceability Matrix

•Ensure all the deliverables comply with policy stated in the HealthTech Instruction Manual , for examples, the Security and Data Management Policy

•Ensure deliverables are reviewed to minimise rework and prevent system failures, including development of mechanism to prevent problem recurrences

•Implement a comprehensive testing plan and adopt the best practices for testing referencing the Test Competency Framework

•Oversee and manage the end to end testing process, including any testing deliverables from vendors or internal teams, as well as support users in User Acceptance Testing

Project Risk Management

•Guide the project team to implement the risk management process and issue management process.

•Review and guide the project team in timely risk mitigation and issue resolution

•Identify the risk and evaluate the impact of project risk during project planning stage and put in place a mitigation plan

•Ensure mitigation is in place to contain or minimise the risk impact

•Monitor and manage new risks & issues throughout the project implementation life cycle

•Report any new risk, issues and progress of mitigation/action to the user workgroup/project steering committee/project sponsor

•Escalate new risk & issue , where necessary, for project steering committee/project sponsor for attention and resolution

Project Stakeholder Management

•Guide the project team to set up the project governance structure and escalation mechanism

•Identify the stakeholders involved in the projects with clarity of every project members' roles and responsibility

The Clinical Affairs Senior Manager will report to the Deputy Director, Product Development.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of clinical studies to ensure demonstration of the safety, performance, and benefits of a medical device and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist with the identification of experts to co-create clinical testing, validation and adoption strategies across local and international healthcare institutions.

Fellowship in Vascular Surgery

The Department of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital is seeking candidates for our fellowship in Vascular Surgery under National University Heart Centre, Singapore. We are a 1,400 bed hospital with full range of vascular surgery services. There are 6 Consultant surgeons in the vascular division. We have an aortic center which offer full range of open, endovascular as well as hybrid surgery and both cardiac and vascular surgeons worked closely together. The vascular unit performs over 1,600 procedures in all aspect of vascular surgery. The fellowship will be at registrar/senior registrar level and you are expected to do on call at frequency of 1:4 Rota to 1:5.

We welcome international candidates who have previous vascular experience and looking for further opportunities to enhance their vascular and endovascular skills. As we are an academic unit of vascular surgery, fellows are expected to participate in research and teaching. Depending on candidates’ previous skills set, we offer basic, intermediate and advanced vascular fellowships.
