Clinical Associates are foreign-trained doctors who are granted temporary medical registration to work in polyclinics. They perform duties equivalent to that of a medical officer level. He/She will be responsible for the management of patients in primary care setting, which includes managing acute and chronic medical conditions and providing preventive care and medical care for women and children.

You can be considered for a position in any of our 10 polyclinics across the eastern and southern part of Singapore.

Job Requirement

1. Holds a basic medical degree from a medical university / school accredited in the state in which it was awarded
2. Must have passed the relevant national licensing examination in the country of conferment of basic degree, where applicable
3. Must possess at least 3 years' post-housemanship working experience as a Medical Officer (or equivalent) in a relevant field / specialty, or a postgraduate medical qualification in the relevant field / specialty. Those with relevant clinical knowledge and skills in managing patients at the primary care level will have an added advantage
4. Be registered as a Medical Practitioner in the country where he/she is currently practising in active clinical (patient fronting) practice for the 3 years preceding the application for Medical Registration in Singapore

Here at Moleac, we are a company aiming to address the needs of patient’s recovery from a loss of brain functions after a brain injury as well as cognitive deficits. The Bioinformatics Institute (BII) is a computational biology research and postgraduate training institute as well as a national resource centre in bioinformatics within the Biomedical Research Council (BMRC) of A*STAR. Our scientists aim to understand the biomolecular mechanisms that underlie biomedical phenomena by developing sophisticated computational methods to support discovery from a secure and sustainable data hub to cross-disciplinary AI/ML analysis and data integration. About the Role:

Job Purpose

To collaborate closely with Clinical Lead of Company / Medical Affairs department to set up the Medical Affairs of Company, develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of its clinical quality program within the organisation and to identify and work on developing quality models, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities. Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

Set up and run the following QA and clinical services committees in functions such as organising meetings, preparing relevant reports for meetings, recording minutes, and ensuring that follow-up actions are taken after the meetings.
