Prof. Phanish Puranam seeks a full-time Postdoctoral Researcher at INSEAD’s Singapore campus starting beginning of 2025. The postdoctoral researcher will be provided with a salary and a small personal research budget and will join in the ongoing research of Prof. Puranam and collaborators on the theme of “Organizations and Algorithms”. This work covers different ways in which algorithms relate to organizations, in their roles as tools (e.g., machine learning applied to organizational data), models (e.g., computational models of organizations as aggregations of learning agents) and as members (e.g., human-AI collaboration). Jobscope:

• Supports high-quality electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs). Performs set-up, maintenance (filing and approving documents) and archiving of eTMFs.

• In any crisis situation to advise and support the Head of Department and the staff on the appropriate approach and action to be taken to diffuse anger and tension, at the same time relate to the patient and his/her family to offer empathy and counselling, where necessary, to calm the situation. 3) Family/Caregivers Engagement

• To proactively identify caregivers stress and engage caregivers in conversations for the purpose of offering empathy and support, solutions and resources that will enable them to cope better.

Job Requirements
