Job Requirement:

• Must be in active clinical practice

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Manage and grow research panels
• Work with other UX researchers and designers to coordinate and schedule participants for user interviews and user tests
• Help UX researchers and designers conduct remote usability tests.
• Collaborate with others to do secondary research for travel and e-commerce products
• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI and visual design specifications to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all of the team's products.
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Improve the development life cycle (SDLC).

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic/Visual Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design or related field.
• Strong interest in user research, user experience design, human behaviors, and research methodologies
• You’re a storyteller and can effectively convey findings.
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers and communicating effectively with others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs).
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team in different locations.
