You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.

You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensuring system resiliency with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with the bank’s initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications and Profile

Key Skills

· Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.

· Master degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications

· Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
