Experience in automation testing of Wealth Management applications

Knowledge on automation tools like selenium, cucumber, Junit & java

Analyze the Requirement documents and prepare Test Scenarios and Test cases

Execute test cases and raise defects

Co-ordinate with Business Analysts / Tech Leads for issue resolution

Co-ordinate with Business users for UAT execution

Knowledge in Testing tools Quality Center, Jira, etc.

Manage stakeholders' expectations across UAT business functions within and outside Project teams

Lead the daily operational function for WM UAT team

Act as E2E point of contact for UAT testing during E2E testing lifecycle

Coordinate E2E UAT testing across different teams, units, systems

Write test cases, execute test cases

Deals with complex and highly variable issues

Collaborate with client leads and development teams and partners with business users across multiple vendors, various locations

Help manage the user acceptance test cycle from concept through to implementation

Good team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

A Day in the Life

• Provide level 1 helpdesk support to all PC & MAC users
• Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of end-users
• Facilitate repair process for IT Hardware
• Perform PC build and software installations
• Migration of user’s data, software, or computer
• To escalate specific requests or issues to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
• Support Project implementations, as when required
• Maintain proper IT documentation

What We are Looking For

• Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous working experience in helpdesk environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Office & Windows applications, and hardware troubleshooting
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (upgrade/maintenance, urgent technical issue) and support on weekend when urgent duty arise
• Good working attitude and team player
