The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Finance team partners with business and cross-functional leadership to provide problem solving insights and recommendations on key business decisions. We are responsible for core operations such as forecasting and budgeting, and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on topics such as business performance, risks and opportunities, market acceleration plans and resource allocation.

In this role, you will partner with the Global AppDev (GCS) leadership to build the future of the App Developers digital ecosystem. You will motivate projects and initiatives for Financial Planning and Analysis and support cross-functional projects and initiatives. You will partner with others in finance, business, business operations and strategy in country, regional and global teams. You will develop and execute financial analysis or components of financial analysis such as gap analysis or driver model for an assigned area of the business.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a problem-solving environment (e.g., financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking.)

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in partnering with executive leadership and motivating impact.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to motivate insights.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership skills, with ability to communicate and engage with executive management.
• Excellent investigative and technical (e.g., Financial Modelling/SQL/Data Viz) skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter authority and key point of contact in FP&A all matters pertaining to budget and forecasts and actualization of Global Design & Construction

• Coordinate quarterly labor allocation and bookings

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for key partners and executive management to help facilitate decision-making

• Actively review how we can improve speed and timeliness of FP&A activities, without compromising accuracy and ways to increase efficiency

• Develop cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the business in order to understand opportunities and risks so that finance can better serve the organization financially

• Assist with special projects that support corporate, global and local finance initiatives

Skills/Requirement

• CPA/CFA certification preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred

• 5+ years of experience in finance or related field

• Very good in MS Excel (pivot, formulas, etc.)

• Min. 2 yrs exp in Hyperion

· Perform Source of Wealth reviews and support on client onboarding

· Min Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or any relevant areas

· Min 2 years of experience in KYC/ Source of Wealth duties handling Private banking portfolio

· 6 months Contract – Highly Extendable/ Convertible

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform KYC/ Source of Wealth reviews of new and existing clients (periodical revisions)

· Conduct checks and due diligence on these clients primarily looking out for PEP/Adverse news/information that may be detrimental to the reputation of the bank

· Communicate closely with Front Office on the collection of the KYC documents/information

· Assessment of money laundering, fraud, reputational risk and sanctions risk factors

· Enhance Client risk assessments and various MIS reports for management reporting to facilitate review in managing risk and strengthening the control procedures and processes.

· Inputting and Maintenance of the Static Data/Accounts of the Clients into the KYC Database

· Participate in Projects and perform UAT testing assigned by the Manager

· Other ad-hoc screenings or duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

Min Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or any related qualifications.

Min 2-3 years of experience in KYC / Source of Wealth area handling Private banking portfolio

Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft suite

Responsibilities:

• Management of specific investment advisory artifacts with inputs from various internal partners
