What a Multimedia Design does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team to scale and execute campaigns, delivered with efficiency, finesse and high-quality.

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

• Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.

• Comfortable to communicate and present design concepts to external and internal stakeholders, explaining the creative rationale in the context of business objectives.

• Work with the team to interpret original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.

• Deliver design components ranging from web, graphics, social as well as digital media content, print, environmental, OOH, BTL and packaging across all levels of project complexity.

• Make designs come to life by creating and animating storyboards, editing videos, creating mock-ups, convert layouts to HTML format, etc.

• Support in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that milestones are met.

• Prepare and organize final artwork delivery, ensuring all details and requirements are in place.

What a Copywriter and Project Manager does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team by developing and writing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various mediums (web, print, social media, etc.).

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the regional and local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Visa and client’s brand voice.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies.

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure all deliverables are met on time.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Provide creative direction and input during brainstorming sessions.

• Evaluate existing BAU process and identify areas that need improvement and propose options as solutions
• Familiarity with Risk data and good knowledge of data discovery and lineage between data tables in ADA will be a plus
• Maintain robust communication among all the stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and delivery of tasks and activities 
• Maintains all required documentation related to data flow, the design and process changes to a high standard for audit readiness 
• Adept at juggling between tight timelines, limited resources, and multiple deliverables. Able to anticipate needs and problems to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects and initiatives
• Participate in various workshops from BU initiatives
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

• Contribute to projects / initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering, Design, Solutioning, Functional Specs review to User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification. 
• Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying (SQL and such) and handling of data schemas and data wrangling. 
• Works in close collaboration with various Workstreams, UX Designer and Tech counterparts to elicit business requirements, supports the design and conceptualization of new requirements and visualisation, analyse all possible scenarios, and articulates impacts and risks, as identified, ensure consistent use and implementation of processes.
• Review requirements to ensure alignment to design principles and information architecture.
• Attend to user stories/requirements and work with Tech partners on solutioning and implementation based on prioritisation.
• Join regular scrum meetings and user stories grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements are delivered accordance to business requirements/solutions and is within budget and timelines.
• Review solution proposal from Tech team and provide effective challenge and counter proposal
• Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as assisting in setting strategic goals for the future eg., Customer Activation, MAU Growth, Growing Customer Base & Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

Position Duties

• Support ongoing operations to manage & enhance Sleek’s FinTech Product “The Sleek Business Account (SBA)”
• Assist the FinTech Lead in ongoing Project Management with Compliance/Operations/Product & Tech teams to ensure customer centricity; maintain internal project management tools (RAID logs etc)
• Own & document product requirements for ongoing enhancements & track their delivery with Product/Tech Teams
• Track customer feedback/ issues & manage triage with Product/Tech & FinTech partners
• Perform market research to ensure SBA’s competitiveness in Singapore
• Own weekly reporting on customer onboarded, transactions, revenues & MAU’s
• Support reconciliation & transactional operations
• Support FinTech Lead on running quarterly Voice of Customer (VoC) panels to achieve user growth

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Finance/Engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services/FinTech or Consulting Space
• Knowledge of B2B payments/ FinTech industry/ Financial operation is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Existing Financial operations experience (reconciliation, data analyst)
• Existing Project Management or Agile experience (requirements documentation, sprint cadence)
• Detail oriented; able to quickly analyze large volumes of data via Excel/Google Sheets and present analysis in a coherent manner

As a Payment Operations Analyst, you'll be driving our analytics efforts in the Payment Operations product team that balances the work between making our payment rails frictionless, borderless and enabling a smooth customer payment experience.
