• Prepare, review and ensure application features & functionalities adhere to business requirement and quality, including reliability, security and performance

Requirement:

· Solid experience in functional requirement management and end to end requirement analysis.

· Solid experience in business process modeling and functional design.

· Solid experience in object oriented design techniques, UML and object modeling

· Experience with Scrum or similar agile development.

· Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM 7.8 and Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration

· Experience in designing and implementing integration with .Net C#, MQ and Batch file

· Experience with a variety of source control and development tools

· Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components.

· A passion for learning and the willingness to solve problems.

· A Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field with strong education in web technologies.

· Experience with regional CRM implementation in Financial Industry.

· Experience with cross platform debugging.

· Experience in setting up and running DevOps: continuous Integration, continuous build

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for commercial finance & costing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives and control.
· Reports on material margin, MPV and inventory for the business unit as assigned.
· Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management.

· Involve in new business introduction process by reviewing quote details, profitability, AR, AP and DII.
· Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP to improve company cash flow and cash cycle metrics

· Inventory management and reporting

· Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities and reporting including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, regulations accounting policies and procedure.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 to 2 years' of relevant work experience
