Job Description & Requirements

Part of the ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the Regional SD by striving to be competent in specific Solutions Design and sector-specific skills/tools

· Data gathering & analysis and able to identify the critical data gaps and make credible assumptions based on reasonable benchmarks.

· Identify requirements for, and develop appropriate proprietary tools to support the solution design process where required, e.g., cost models, productivity tools, warehouse sizing, layout design, process design, etc.

Operations Development Support:

Identify and implement improvements in the areas of business activities, sequence of operations/workflows, staffing, handling methods and equipment.

· Prepare facility plans and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency and space usage.

· Ensure implementation of standard operating processes, work methods, performance/throughput standards and measurement systems by using measurement tools (time and motion studies, etc.)

· Perform engineering and financial analyses of proposals along with sound economic and business justifications for expenditure.

Autonomy:

Job Requirements

· Must be conversant and have experience in warehousing, transportation and broader supply chain topics to develop operationally feasible solutions

· Must have exposure to some of the following topics: storage mediums, material handling equipment, space analysis, manpower analysis, inventory/SKU analysis, operational key performance indicators, continuous improvement initiatives, transportation methods, packaging, secondary operations, costing

Overview and purpose of the position

Work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of information technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. The individual will be responsible in one of the specialties: technical support to Radiography Information System (RIS) or Laboratory Information system (EPIC Beaker) in meeting business requirements. Staff with a keen aptitude in healthcare IT will be considered and appropriate training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition and implementation of IT projects.
• Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects
• Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, projects, evaluate work processes and procedures, preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports.

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Cyber Threat Analyst will be part of the Global SOC Team. This center operates 24x7, follow-the-sun model to monitor, analyze and respond to cyber attacks and information/data breaches. SOC Analysts are the critical first line of defense, in charge of monitoring Citi’s environment globally through state-of-the-art security detections tools, responding to security events and escalating security incidents that have potential impact to Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze security events to identify potential threats and intrusions. Events include but not limited to Intrusion Detection/Prevention tools, anomaly detection systems, Firewalls, Antivirus and EDR systems, proxy devices, cloud security solution and data leakage prevention system.
• Assess and investigate potential security threats sourced from other channel leveraging variety of data and tools
• Drive a continuous effort to improve SOC process. Execute adhoc tasks or small projects as needed.
• Undertakes root cause analysis of events, perform risk assessment on threat or vulnerability and make recommendations to improve detection capability
• Drive a continuous effort to review and fine tune detection rule/use case/signature to reduce unnecessary noise and increase alert fidelity
