Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT service management or in Tech Risk with a focus on governance and control within an IT enterprise environment
• Relevant industry certification (e.g:ITIL, Six Sigma, COBIT)

Risk Management

• Manage and apply the Risk Management Frameworks including reviewing and enforcing policies, procedures, tools and methodologies.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be driving their corporate strategies in assessing prospective investment opportunities and introducing new initiatives to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. You will keep abreast of the changing business landscape and impact of the external economy with particular focus in the Asia region and drive both organic and inorganic growth. You will maintain a robust growth strategy with full deal cycle exposure from evaluating investment decisions, M&As and strategic alliances and leading negotiations and execution of deals. You should ideally have a relevant degree and accreditation (CFA, CPA or MBA) with at least 3 years in a similar capacity. In-house corporate strategy experience and/or PE/IB/corporate finance in Big 4 experience will be preferred. The role of Senior Business Analyst based in Singapore, is required to support monthly management reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting, and any other ad-hoc projects in Global Spares & Service Business Unit (GSS). • Capable of handling full range of fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of the Net Asset Value (NAV), cash and position reconciliation, review of corporate actions, validation of security pricing
• Able to check accuracy of fund administration services on funds and investors in compliance with the company’s service model and policies, liaising with, brokers, custodians and auditors
