This is a client facing / delivery role, working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure
• Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to address complex financial and insurance challenges.
• Apply large language models (LLMs) for document analysis and information extraction.
• Utilize machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate components into a cohesive AI pipeline.
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines with data scientists and engineers.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and AI to propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
• Document and present your work, findings, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python programming with hands-on experience in data manipulation and machine learning libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Expertise in exploratory data analysis of large data sets.
• Experience in deploying large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with various AI platforms and tools, including Mistral AI, Whisper AI, and Claude AI etc.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience with financial data or in the fintech industry is a plus.

This is a one-year contract role

What will you do?

• Oversee the planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned projects
• Plan and manage all aspects of the project’s tasks assigned and ensure on time delivery
• Schedule project meetings with vendor, stakeholders and users
• Collaborate and facilitate discussions with work groups and relevant stakeholders
• Record of project meeting minutes.
• Prepare project reports for management review
• Proactively managing projects issues and risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Validate system functionalities and ensuring the requirements are delivered accordingly to technical specification
• Work closely and report to the Board’s project manager and stakeholders on the project progress, delays and any other matters pertaining to the assigned projects regularly
• Supervise Board’s contractor’s work to ensure the work is completed to the Board’s satisfaction
• Preparation and submission of necessary documents (clearance form, Change Request form and others) to carry out the work
• Other assigned ad-hoc project administrative tasks

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in system projects implementation, preferably cybersecurity projects
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Basic knowledge in security practices, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, firewall, IDS
• Knowledge in IEC 62443
• Experience in Operational Technology and/or ICS; certifications such as SANS GSEC, (ISC)2 CISSP
• Proven experience in managing security tools and common infrastructure services.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, SMTP, SMS, Proxy, DNS, Active Directory, Server/Network administration and automation technologies (At least 4 out of 8 domains is needed)
• Experience with security assessments, audits, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for infrastructure management.
• Experience in procurement and maintenance of security tools and infrastructure components.
