The Communications & Digital Marketing Executive will work with our Fundraising committee (FRC) and create content according to our Fundraising calendar to secure financial support from diverse sources including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the sustenance and growth of SIWEC’s programs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications & Digital Marketing Executive

Fundraising

• Assist the FRC to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies based on timeline of major events and identify new strategies to diversify revenue streams to meet fundraising goals.
• Work with the admin team to identify and cultivate relationships with current donors and other potential funding sources, including creating content as required to effectively communicate SIWEC’s mission, programs and impact to secure the financial support for our programs.

• To liaise with the Director of Engineering regarding the use of contractors within the Hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is to the standard required by the Company and manufacture specifications.
• To ensure the cost effective and hygienic removal of rubbish from the hotel areas and monitor to ensure areas are clear and free of offensive odour.
• To be available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and / or failure of mechanical systems.
• To maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council, Government and Manufacturer specifications.
• To liaise closely with all departments regarding ‘down’ rooms to expedite a quick turn around and return to inventory.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Contract & Tendering to join our Data Center Solution Sales Team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in the technical and commercial assembly of tenders, providing support throughout the tendering process and ensuring seamless progression to closing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

• Prepare detailed plans and documentation for supplier quotations, forming the basis for pricing strategies.
• Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors in line with tender requirements.
• Prepare bills of quantities, including quantity take-off, material sourcing, and estimation of materials and labor costs.
• Conduct detailed breakdown pricing and cost analysis to support competitive tender submissions.
• Understand tender scopes concerning work details, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements, handling deviations and communications through clarificaitons.

Contract Administration:

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Prepare method statements for Tunnel activities for submission, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel related documentation.
• Maintain and monitor quality control and records.
• Prepare and carry out presentation of tunnelling works prior to commencement of works.
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of site works, ground improvement, ERSS, deep excavation, bored tunnelling works, tunnel internal structure construction and Adit/Cross Passage construction.

• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction work.

• Knowledge in Autocad and able to use Autocad to draw drawings.
• Able to do shift work (12hours)
