As a Metrology/ Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Engineer in MSB, you have the opportunity to work with a multi-functional team from different areas of the plant/ process areas to understand their tools and processes so as to create measurement recipes that can provide quick and accurate feedback on the product integrity, thus ensuring quality output. Enable production Metro/RDA needs.

• Provide first level of support for engineering requests, recipe maintenance, tool recovery and basic troubleshooting of tool issues
