1. 6. Supporting new business development – actively building a network of new client/ prospect relationships, working on new business opportunities including leading proposals and participating in client pitch meetings. Requirements:

· 10-15 years related experience in corporate communications and/or financial communications preferably in a consultancy environment

· Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models and data analysis;

What we're looking for

Responsibilities

In order to effectively undertake the responsibilities listed below, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in both corporate communications as well as marketing communications functions. This person will need to be a strong writer who is well-versed in the different types of content writing to communicate effectively in a corporate environment as well as in marketing copy. It is also essential to be experienced in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clear and strong corporate image of the organisation through accurate and consistent application of the corporate identity and values, initiating and implementing corporate communication programmes and campaigns to strengthen the corporate brand. About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation’s fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation’s programmes and services.
The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders’ relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications. As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.

Unified Communications (UC) Engineer/Analyst

Job Description:

• Primary handling voice incidents escalations
• Configuring and troubleshooting of CUCM, CME, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified CCX, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Voice Gateways (SIP, H323, MGCP)
• Configuring Cisco IP Phones, Expansion Modules, Extension Mobility Profiles, Voicemail, Cisco Jabber, Cisco IP Communicator.
• Upgrading IP Phone firmware in CUCM and CME to fix vulnerabilities.
• Monitoring alerts, collecting traces and debugs for voice incidents involving call flow issues.

Job Requirements:
