Job scope:

• Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for the new job or project and work together with project engineer and manager for the quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction and liaise with the client on detail engineering requirements.
• Prepare quotation, budget plan and submission to have approval from project engineer or manager.
• Prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessment.
• Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
• Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
• Handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID.
• Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
• Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any unsafe elements and unhealthy conditions at site.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.

Responsibilities:
To supervise and manage the functions of Repacking/Containment/ICW operations and Maintenance.
To monitor the safe process flow and backlog level of TIW waste.
Ensure all staff are well trained according to OJT programme and following the safe work procedures and SOPs.
To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services.
To monitor the outgoing containment purchase budget and encourage the recycling of used containment to save cost.
Daily and regular inspection of the operation processes and monitor the plant 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions.
Lead the daily safety toolbox meeting and regular inspection of PPE items that staffs at workplaces are enough for their safety.
Conduct periodic review of existing procedures and workflow of plant operations and functions in lines with cost effectiveness with maximum throughput.
Apply continues improvement or modification plans to maintain an excellent operational model.
Work with Lab chemists to evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handing procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management.
To ensure EHS compliance through the continual maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 implementation, and always maintain good housekeeping of site.
To prepare and analyze daily and monthly operation records/reports (e.g., cost, productivity, quality, non-conformance, etc) on plant processing and maintenance.
And follow up necessary corrective actions and monitor consistently to relevant department staffs to follow up closely. m. To compile annual budget of plant operations and Maintenance for Director’s approval and to ensure expenditures are well within the budget allotment.
To work closely with operation staffs and engineering staffs to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for operations and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of repacking loose waste, MSDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations.
To activate emergency response team of operation and maintenance staffs and response to any in house spill and fire incident if in case of emergency.
To liaise with EHS department to ensure fellow dept staffs are upkeep with method of handling and emergency equipment usages in terms of spills and fire incident and to conduct regular practice and drill exercises with different scenarios to workers so that they are well familiar in emergency to response in time.

Secondary responsibilities
To undertake any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
As an ISO committee member, to develop and implement documents for operation procedures, such as SOP, RA and MOC, SWP and participate in auditing the various departments as an Internal Auditor
