• Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to desktop support, mobile device management, video conferencing.
• Install and configure new IT equipment, perform PC Refresh, deploy new hire installs of equipment, PC moves, retirement and pickup of devices set for retirement.
• Wipe drives with proper chain of custody and inventory management.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
• Installation of new hardware for customers, such as new monitors, docking stations, or keyboards devices.
• Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
• Resolving service delivery and client issues in a timely professional manner.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Identifying and escalating business and technical challenges as appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or relevant
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Mandarin speaking - to work with chinese associates
• 5 days work (Monday to Friday / 9am to 6pm)
• Work location at Harbourfront, Keppel Bay Tower
• Salary $2600 - $3000

• Manage VMware and Vcenter environments
• Configure and manage Meraki switches/access points and Fortigate firewalls
• Maintain Windows servers and work with MS-SQL and IIS servers to support vendor development projects and generate queries for reports
• Maintain Windows workstations and laptops
• Oversee backup and recovery processes, and implement disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure compliance with IT standards, including updating ISO documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proficient in managing Windows servers and workstations
• Experience with VMware and Vcenter
• Familiarity with Meraki and Fortigate products
• Skilled in SQL and IIS server management
• Experience in installing and configuring Office 365
