Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
• To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub-contractors.

• *M&E Engineer, preferable recognized degree in Mech/Elec engineering
• *M&E Coordinator, diploma/specialist diploma in M&E coordination
• Min 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and supervising M&E services and/or building-related projects
• Working schedule: Full 6 days work week for the first 6 months employment (Mondays to Saturdays, 8am-6pm), after that will be 5.5 days work week (Mondays to Fridays, 8am-6pm & Saturdays, 8am-12pm)

Duties of E&I Engineer:
