Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and communicating aspects of project work activities on site from conception to completion.
• Responsible for ensuring all activities on the project are executed in accordance with contract documents, in compliance with system plans, and work procedures for the Project, and will culminate in a validatable facility.

• Responsible for ensuring that the project stays on schedule, meets safety objectives, and the design will result in a cost-effective facility.
• Evaluate proposals submitted by vendors for the package; followed by tender interviews/clarifications and evaluate re-submissions by vendors.
• Review documentations submitted by vendor and ensure that all comments are incorporated to meet the design intent of the system for the project.
• Review contractors design documentations provided by contractor’s team for purchased process system / equipment and coordinate with subject matter expert & other design disciplines on process related issues.
• Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with MEP project team; reviewing design data; identifying and resolving engineering design issues; identifying short-term and long-range issues; researching and identifying applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes; developing compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical/BioPharmaceutical sectors would be advantageous.
• PMP Certification would be an added advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Relevant degree recognized by PEB, Singapore in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive Electrical experience in designing M&E Building services, ideally with experience in healthcare project.
• Knowledge of relevant design standards and local authority regulations.
• Knolwedge of Autocad

• Initiate process streamline on new device configuration leads to defect prevention.
• Participate with customers status of projects in-line with internal Quality issue improvement.
• Follow-up closely with supervisor & team to monitor improvement project status and closures.
• Perform regular monitoring and audit verification of the committed actionable
• Maintain updating of the relevant QMS system for QA (NPI/QCAR/FMEA/Control Plan).

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge in basic manufacturing solving problem tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan) and statistical tools (SPC) are an advantage.
