Essential

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Extensive experience in desktop engineering, system administration, or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and desktop deployment methodologies (MDT, WDS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and task scripting.
