Paid Acquisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. This role is responsible for designing portions of engineering solutions, developing and implementing parameters and test plans, and conducting feasibility studies. The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, build, and test mechanical components. • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronic/ Control & Instrumentation. Diploma holders with relevant years of experience are also welcome
• Possess good understanding of P&ID & process flow drawings
• Proficient in design of DCS, SCADA & PLC programming
• Preferably familiar with Siemens S7 PLC, WinCC & PCS7
• Proficient with the Safety & Critical Control industry's standards & regulations

Responsibilities

• Execute one or more industrial automation projects in parallel
• Report to the Lead engineer and/or Project Manager and deliver the project in compliance to customer specifications
• Responsible for the Draft technical design for project and prepare associated documentations/drawings
• Develop PLC program and HMI graphics as per project requirements
• Conduct internal hardware & software integrated testing and Factory Acceptance Test
• Conduct testing & commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests at customer’s site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in automation industry with DCS/PLC project execution
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering related disciplines.
• Working knowledge with Siemens Step-7, WinCC and PCS7 preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and control system design, analysis, and implementation
• Proficiency in using CAD software for control system design
• Experience with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems, such as ISA, IEC, and NEC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with industrial processes and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and valves, is a plus
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred
