Customer Service Executive

· Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes

· Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers

· Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered

· Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

· Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently

· Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgment.
• Key focal point for APJ control Tower to country / countries assigned by the management.
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for Backlog management activities like managing of Distress orders, Aging orders etc.
• Work with regional Order management team to review daily backlog.
• Work with respective functional team to solve any issues.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates across countries within a region.
• Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.
• Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience Required:

• Diploma / Degree Qualifications
• Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a Staff in Carehub Ops, you are responsible for supporting the division in Centralised Ops and administrative matters, ensuring that the division is operationally ready. You play a critical role in providing high-level support to senior executives and the overall management team.
