Responsibilities:

• Generating contracts and invoices for our clients
• Monitoring of incoming payment
• Sending payment reminders to our clients
• Preparing monthly P&L report for our management team

We are looking for a brilliant Sales Performance Executive to join our fast-growing Shipco Regional Office.

Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for Sales Performance for the company by collecting, analyzing, and reporting of sales-related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. He/she will analyze sales and marketing data to provide valuable insights to the internal teams. Additionally, he/she will serve as a facilitator and liaison with other departments to address business needs from the sales teams and support the development of the country sales teams. Being a part of the Tradelane Development team, the Sales Performance executive will also support the Tradelane managers with analytical data to drive Trade Lane Development

Task 1: Sales Performance Management

1. Drive optimum usage and understanding of the Sales performance management tool within the region
2. Provide actionable, specific analysis on performance, identifying shortfalls to support data-driven decision-making for the sales and management.
3. Attend and support country sales meetings to drive actions as needed
4. Oversee and Monitor development and implementation of Sales performance action plans
5. Lead communications with GMs on sales performance :

• Who’s hitting targets and who is not
• Next actions on downtrading trades and customers
• Calls / Sales leads performance vs target
• Conversion rate pipeline to active bookings
• Branch approach on selling Focus Trade Lane development Lanes

6.Share best practices within regions and set up a newsletter promoting active sales performance management

7. Monthly Synopsis of total Sales performance to upper management (RD/COO/CCO).

Task 2: Reports and Analysis as required by the Trade Lane Development team

1. Prepare reports as necessary for the Head of Tradelane Development to support discussion with different countries.
2. Prepare monthly reports for Tradalane Development Manager to support discussion with different countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or related fields
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient and advanced MS office and excel. Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong in task management and stakeholder management
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of organization and detail orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Fluent in English both Verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.

This position will be based in Singapore to use their specialized knowledge to maintain an efficient procurement system to supply cost effective materials and services to support the company’s operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the procurement function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations. Act as an interface between suppliers and relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.

• Maintain system integrity of supplier’s info in the ERP system, such as items suppliers connect, purchasing agreements and supplier basic data like MOQ, order multiple, purchasers responsible and supplier maintenance.

• Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down, new programs and improvement opportunities or mitigate the risk.

• Create and review opportunities on alternative materials and or suppliers to meet the business unit objectives in procurement activities and deliver best values and business savings.

• Collaborating with our technology to understand our company needs as well as work with our existing/new suppliers to determine company strategic alignment.

• Understand the trend of raw material / feedstock related, update the information to commercial team, provide analysis on costs, new and cost savings activities. Develop strong partnership with suppliers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers, provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost to achieve savings. Establish r/s with suppliers to leverage the needs in term on tight supply situation as well as to be ahead of the market requirement.

• Contribute and communicate the impact on Procurement activities to new business initiatives and projects. Involve in Global procurement project activities.

• Assess and evaluate supplier’s performance reviews, compiling data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluation.

• To audit supplier supply capability and quality standard when required. Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ISO procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Material Science or other relevant discipline

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
