Responsibilities

Finance Activities

• Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing and quarterly GST reporting
• Processing of cheque and online payments
• System update of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers
• Posting and review of vendor invoices

About the role

What you'll be doing

Order Management:

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the IT industry, focusing on key technology solutions like software, hardware, cloud services, cyber services or managed IT services.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Set sales goals and targets for IT products/services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, CTOs) in client organizations.

Technical Knowledge & Solution Selling

Job Description

• Full awareness of local Health Products and Medical Device Act and their regulations relevant to the business through regularly checking HSA websites and attending HSA briefings;
• Communicate changes and new requirements to management;
• Request and submit documents for product registration and amendments applications;
• Follow up on submitted applications and reply input requests from the authority;
• Meet, discuss and negotiate with HSA regulators on matters pertaining to product registrations;
• Have working knowledge of current products sold and keep abreast of new product launches by having regular update meetings with all the selling division managers;

Job requirement

• General Degree (preferred in discipline of Biomedical Science or Biomedical Engineering)
• Preferred 1 year working experience or completion of Internship in the related field
• Familar with local and regional regulatory affairs requirements (medical devices)

Customer Service Executive - EXPORTS

• Devise and execute strategies to streamline export operations and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate the export process to ensure timely loading of shipments and compliance with regulations.

The Job

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and positive working attitude
• Willing to work 5.5 days.

The candidate will oversee our sports and recreation business operation and ensure smooth running of all daily activities and events. He/She should have a cheerful personality and is confident interacting with customers and see to their needs. Able to work on weekends. Working hours 11am to 9pm (full time).
