Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will support the external communications planning for campaigns and initiatives, as well as support the Communications Lead in ongoing Public Relations (PR) efforts, including but not withstanding, coordinating media interviews, drafting of interview responses, and identifying and drafting thought leadership articles.

You will also support cross-functional teams to ensure all communications align with our brand's voice and strategic objectives, driving consistent messaging across all channels. Other miscellaneous work on copywriting and proofreading assignments may also be assigned.

Day to Day Activities

• External Communications: You will be an advocate of our GetGo narratives and work with our Campaign team to develop communications plan for campaigns and initiatives, including working with respective channel owners to recommend and review contents across all touch points, to ensure that they are coherent, impactful, and drives positive audience engagement and perception of our brand.
• External Communications: You are an excellent communicator and appreciate how communications can influence perception of GetGo as a brand across the different touchpoints. You will work closely with different department stakeholders to review their communication materials, ensuring the consistency in the tone-of-voice and key message narratives, and provide guidance where necessary for the different department stakeholders to align their team’s communication needs.
• External Communications: You will work alongside team members to plan and implement multi-touch point communications campaigns and initiatives, including working with cross-functional teams to review contents across all touchpoints (marketing materials, GetGo app, emails) to ensure that they are coherent, impactful, and drives positive audience engagement and perception of our brand.
• External Communications: You appreciate how performance data can help to strengthen narratives of your writing assignments and leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions and proactively suggest improvements to meet our business goals.
• External Communications: You are a passionate wordsmith and will support the curation of editorial contents and copywriting and proofreading assignments as assigned.
• External Communications: You are a self-starter with a growth mindset and actively consider emerging new points, social trends and topics, and how we can curate contents across the different communication touchpoints that will interest our readers and promote engagement.
• Public relations (PR): You are a budding PR strategist and will manage media relations and further GetGo’s narratives, including coordinating media interviews, drafting of interview responses, identifying and drafting thought leadership articles, and coordinating any press/partner visits where necessary. You will also prepare PR materials, including press kits, speeches, and briefing documents for GetGo team members.
• Public relations (PR): You will be the eyes and ears of the GetGo brand and actively monitor and analyse media coverage and public sentiment across traditional and digital media-platforms and modern news platforms to gauge public perception. You will actively identify emerging issues or trends that may impact the company and use these insights to inform and improve our communication strategies.
• Public relations (PR): You will support the development, management, and execution of our crisis communication efforts, playing a critical role in ensuring readiness and resilience in managing communications during critical events and protecting the reputation of GetGo.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field
• Minimum four (4) years of experience working in a communications related role
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility to work effectively in a rapid-growth startup environment
• Conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into communication solutions
• Prior experience in PR, managing media interview requests, thought leadership op-eds as well as crisis communications
• Established media contacts in the tech and mobility-related space is a plus
• Understanding of SEO, WordPress and other digital marketing tools and practices is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolve discrepancies, and address outstanding balances
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, proactively following up on overdue payments and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and completeness, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in AP/AR or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Regulatory Executive will be a key member of the team responsible for new registration submission and management of product life cycle of pharmaceutical products in Asia Pacific.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regional Lead in registration submissions of pharmaceutical products in APAC regions: ASEAN, Greater China, Hong Kong & Macau, Taiwan, India, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand and in new frontier markets e.g. Maldives, Sri Lanka, etc.
• Regional Lead in change management and compliance in APAC regions
• Regional Lead in line extension projects to serve commercial marketing needs
• Assess regulatory viability of bringing EU-approved products with local regulatory colleagues through understanding the quality, non-clinical and clinical data of the products to meet country- specific requirements
• Provide solutions to overcome regulatory hurdles, reduce inventory risk and also shorten dossier preparation time so to achieve speed to market
• Artwork approver of APAC common-pack and specific-pack artworks with knowledge of labelling requirements in individual countries
• Propose best recourse of action to meet compliance requirements for legacy non-compliance issues
• Able to represent regulatory affairs in cross-functional team and manages relationships with internal stakeholders: marketing, supply chain, medical affairs, quality assurance
• Develop relationships with various partners’ regulatory function stakeholders: product owners, manufacturers, distributors, external consultants
• Maintain relevant databases for registrations and status as required

KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• At least 1 year of regional regulatory affairs experience on pharmaceuticals with track records of lifecycle and/or new registrations

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and conceptualize digital marketing strategies and plans

• Oversee and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns and content

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization

Job Description:

Design and Delivery:

• Collaborate with the Training Manager to plan and develop learning campaigns, events, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct orientation sessions and deliver relevant training sessions to new and existing employees.
• Create engaging brochures, training materials, multimedia visual aids, and presentations to facilitate effective learning.
• Design and deliver training programs, partnering with internal subject matter experts and external vendors, with a focus on areas such as leadership development and supervisory training.
• Stay updated on emerging digital tools and technology to enhance the Learning and Development function, such as video creation, presentation software, and graphic design.

Implementation and Evaluation:

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs delivered, collecting and analysing data to measure their impact.
• Actively participate in and support the rollout of training programs, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage end-to-end coordination tasks for both internal and external partners involved in training initiatives.
• Handle post-learning program duties, including cost management and application for government grant schemes.
• Collate and analyze post-course evaluation data and training attendance records, making recommendations for improvements to learning and development initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Administrative:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of Learning and Development to keep training engagement fresh and effective.
• Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties to understand and address specific training requirements.
• Promote a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and a strong learning environment.
• Perform training administration duties, maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance.
• Candidate with experience in event management/planning particularly in being an Emcee will be an added advantage
• Be open to taking on ad hoc projects and tasks delegated by the Training Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B and/or Retail industry in a training capacity
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Preferably with ACLP/ACTA certification
• Familiar with the WSQ Framework
• Strong communication, good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently or in teams, within a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially and multimedia tools
• As Training materials in dual languages will be curated and developed by this incumbent, including stand-up trainings, therefore, proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin are required.

• DDDLP/DACE
• Food Safety Level 4, Advanced Food Hygiene, or any food-related certification
