Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the ICT helpdesk, and work with the outsourced Desktop engineer to provide end user support.
- Provide support for school events and activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ICT inventory including hardware and software.
- Maintain inventory of IT and audio visual systems and equipment and its proper documentation.
- Monitor IT contracts, renew or procure new service contracts where necessary.
- Manage student learning portals such as google workspace, apple school manager.
- Collaborate with external IT infrastructure maintenance team to provide level 1 support.
- Maintain and prepare internal exam server to meet exam requirements.
- Responsible for daily operations, conducting briefing on new applications and conduct staff induction.
- Assist In ICT projects when necessary.
- Explore new technology that meets school’s needs.

Requirements

1. Diploma in IT/Computer Science
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with Window and Apple environment is
   added advantage.
3. Good communications and customer service skills.
4. Hands on experience using Apple, Google related applications.
5. Hands on experience using Window Server Management (Hyper V Virtualization)
6. The following technical Certification is an added advantage:
   (a) Apple certification
   (b) Microsoft Server certification(MCSA/MCSE)

The Role

• Work closely with Category Managers on generating and updating of planograms
• Ensure timely planogram roll out and modules update
• Clearly communicate to stores on planogram changes and delisted item listing
• Planning of store layout for new & refit stores
• Work closely with Category Managers on brand IDs and cosmetics, and Area Managers on off shelf displays
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on the design and installation of counters for new & refit stores
• Update necessary modules for new & refit stores in My.Spaceman and SAP
• Any adhoc projects and tasks assigned

About You

• Minimum A level/Diploma holder
• Min 1 years of retail experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, passionate and detailed in work
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of Spaceman Software, Auto-Cad and SAP will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support for outlet facilities, promptly responding to service calls and enquiries.
• Ensure the timely renewal of electrical licenses and oversee routine maintenance activities, such as quarterly air-conditioning servicing, resolving floor clogging issues, renewing fire extinguishers, and managing pest control reporting.
• Liaise and coordinate with operations employees and external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Obtain tender quotes prior to appointing service providers for maintenance or repair works.
• Apply for necessary work permits from malls, SMRT, or HDB before commencing any relevant works.
• Prepare and maintain monthly maintenance records, reports, service contract updates, payment request and other administrative documentation.
• Involves in department Project including but not limited to on outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
• Monitor the schedule regularly and ensure completion of projects in time.
• Understand and address safety and risk considerations for each outlet.
• Conduct basic fault diagnostics before escalating issues to service providers.
• Address and resolve outlet complaints in a professional manner, including coordinating with mall management when necessary.
• Design outlet layout and floor planning using 3D Max and Autocad where necessary.
• Possess graphic design skills is in advantage to assist with minor design-related tasks when required.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of financial records of assigned companies
• Analytical review of financial statements of assigned companies
• Prepare audited financial statements of assigned companies
