• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding procedures

Coordiante the recruitment of staff including advertising, liaison with employment agencies, administration of employment contracts, arrangement for work permits / passess, medical examinaitons, conduct orientation for new employees and exit interview for resignees, administer staff performance appraisal, counselling, discplinary management and handling of grievances.

11. Cover the duites of staff who are on leave in the Administraiton Department when neccesary.
