Responsibilities

External Communications

1. Develop the communications strategy in alignment with key business priorities

· Handle all media queries (proactive and reactive)

Working with FCBC’s Corporate Communications team, the Senior Executive is the point person to effectively communicate the organisation’s key messages, activities and initiatives through impactful copywriting and layout of slides. The Marketing Communications Executive/Senior Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts. As an Executive, Events & Communications, you will be joining the SEC Corporate Communications team. We are looking for a committed team player responsible for implementing the communications strategy of the SEC as developed by the Corporate Communications Manager. · Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected faults and unauthorized installations by any staff;

· Maintain proper documentation of licenses, hardware and software inventories and ensure that records are up to date and properly presented;

· Undertake any other IT related assignment that may be given by the manager and/or his/her designate.

• Supervise Linen Attendants.
• Ensure smooth operations of the linen department including staff rostering.
• Propose and collaborate with various stakeholders on the annual budget plan for uniform purchases.
• Coordinate Uniform Mass Measurement with stakeholders and manage procurement with the Materials Management Department.
• Establishing and managing of linens and laundry contracts.
• Monitor and track department’s KPI and to ensure they are met.
• Streamline linen department processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Conduct linen audits and stock counts to maintain adequate linen stock levels, ensuring a continuous supply for the nursing home.
• Plan and manage linen department budget and monitor expenditures.
• Manage outsource linen laundry

- Liaise with service provider regarding laundry service.

- Manage Linen workshop and store with outsource service partner.

Requirements

• Possess Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably 3-4 years’ with supervisory experience,
• Experience with laundry / logistics / MMD / healthcare will be an advantage.
• Possess strong communication and problem-solving skill.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritise.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and great team player
