KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle loans documentation for floor stock finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loans and facility records
• Assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
• Possess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate fluently in English

REMUNERATION

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Executive who can independently maintain a full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial records

· Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA)

· Responsible for GST Submissions

· Ensure all transactions are recorded properly, accurately, and timely in compliance with local accounting policy.

· Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and government authorities.

· Ensure internal control, SOPS compliance with company policy and procedures

· Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirement:

· Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy

· At least 1 year of experience in finance or related roles

Job Responsibilities

• Process and perform system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes and related.
• Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices.
• Generate monthly customers’ statement of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Handle customers' enquiries regarding billings and disputes handling.
• Support annual audit work and assist in preparing reports/schedules required.
