Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Job Description:

• Develop data collection platforms (using Microsoft Power Apps) and/or data products (Microsoft PowerPoint reports, interactive Tableau dashboards).
• Support the integration of data sources into a central data repository system, including extract, transform, load (ETL) processes.
• Provide data extraction support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Knowledge of information systems, databases and/or data collection platforms is required.
• Experience with handling data (merging data and data transformation), using visualisation tools such as Tableau, and proficiency in programming language such as Python, SQL are preferred.
