Job Description:

• Experience in handling full set of accounts
• Ensure month-end and yearly closing deadline are met
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable
• Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions
• Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress
• Assist in yearly audit , handle audit queries
• Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement
• Prepare and analyze project budget and forecast reports
• Liaise with external auditors and provide the required support to the auditors

You will provide administrative support to the nursing department and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure smooth running of the office. Administrative duties include collation and submission of data to relevant stakeholders, scheduling of meetings and booking of rooms, maintaining databases or records, minutes recording, application of relevant equipment or access for nurses. You will also be involved in the major events and projects as well as provide other administrative support for the department.
