As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance. Description

Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT Services & Consulting space.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Professional Services Expertise: Demonstrate a clear understanding of professional services, including staffing, project-based solutions, and managed services.

Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and technical teams, to ensure successful project implementation.

Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and progress against targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development within the IT Services & Consulting industry

Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.

5+years of experience in sales or business development within the IT sector.

Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.

Proficient in drafting and reviewing MSA, SOW, and other contractual agreements.

Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and project staffing.

About you:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
• Deputize as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around
• Manage the team of technical ofcers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
• Manage ad-hoc project(s)
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary

About you:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering fields or equivalent
• Relevant working experiences in Building Maintenance, Soft or Hard FM

• Write, proofread, and edit high-quality copy that aligns with the PLC brand voice
• Produce SEO-optimised content that leverages product USPs and supports the customer journey for PLC websites. Review, refine, and maintain existing content to ensure it meets SEO criteria
• Plan, manage and implement campaigns & customer journeys through the Salesforce platform, Dynamic Web platform, social media & blog
• Manage the company's digital resources, and build and prioritise product topics that support sales lead
