Job Description:

• Assist in planning, managing, and executing daily operations related to food distribution programs and the Community Mart.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, donors, volunteers, and community partners, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with organisational policies, safety standards in all operations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and implementing special events or campaigns
• for food distribution and community engagement.
• Support volunteer engagement efforts by ensuring volunteers are well-coordinated, trained, and aligned with organisational goals.
• Handle ad hoc duties assigned that relate to our core activities, including but not limited to logistical support for food drives, administrative tasks, or support for outreach programs
• Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for vouchers, pricing, product expiry, and page design across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, CorDx online store and etc.
• Design product listings, including images and descriptions, to enhance visibility and sales.
• Create and manage customer recovery plans, handle feedback and queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Design and produce promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements for our physical store locations.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and etc, focusing on engaging stories and posts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop promotional and informational materials for CorDx products, focusing on pricing strategies and product benefits.
• Design and prepare materials for CorDx trade shows, including booth and poster designs.
• Coordinate with local printing vendors for materials production and manage logistics for trade show activities.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures and design retail shelf layouts in alignment with advertisement and promotional plans for retail outlets.
• Develop educational and promotional materials for CorDx distributors to enhance product knowledge and promote product adoption.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese to speak with counterpart in China.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Legal Executive (HDB / Private Conveyancing)

Requirements:

· At least 5 years’ working experience

· Liaising with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, clients and related parties on various conveyancing matters

· Assist in legal, development and enbloc matters

· Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints

· Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude

· Familiarity with practice and document management systems (preferred)

Guest Relations Executive (Executive Club)

To support the seamless daily operations of the Executive Club, which includes maintaining exceptional service standards, facilitating communication team members, and addressing other operational needs at the Executive Club.

What you will do

The Guest Relations Executive is the core of the Rooms Department operation. The incumbent will offer the guest of the Executive Club an enjoyable, dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. He/She will ensure the seating efficiency of the Executive Club and handle inquiries from guests via phone calls or emails.

Position Overview

The Boarding Executive plays a pivotal role within the boarding school community, collaborating with

the boarding management team to ensure smooth daily operations, foster a positive living environment,

and support the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Care & Development

• Promote self-discipline and effective time management among boarders.
• Provide care and guidance to nurture students' social and emotional growth.
• Create a supportive atmosphere for academic and personal development.
• Equip students with essential life skills, including conflict resolution, independence, and character building.
• Cultivate a sense of belonging through active engagement in programs and activities.

2. Operational Management

• Build trusting relationships with students and address their concerns.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and security within the boarding community.
• Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and assigned students.
• Plan and lead boarding programs and activities to enhance the boarding experience.
• Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and communication.

3. Facilities & Routine Oversight

• Conduct regular room and hygiene checks and follow up on any issues.
• Manage reception duties as needed.
• Provide operational support during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays, including night shifts.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake ad hoc tasks and other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy for students and the ability to manage job demands.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
• Experience in boarding services, youth mentorship, or similar fields is preferred.
• Additional certifications (e.g., first aid) counselling or mentoring experience are advantageous.
• Willingness to reside on campus and work night shifts during weekdays and weekends.
