As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, develop, and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

• Draft & prepare Letter of Appointment for Temp & Contract/ BPO staff
• Liaise with candidates to finalise LOA signingCollect relevant documents from candidates and upload documents to SharePoint payroll folders
• Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required

2. Job Portal Management:

• Post job advertisements on MCI Job Portal
• Respond to candidate’s queries promptly
• Monitor effectiveness of job portal in attracting candidates and escalate significant trends or issues to the Team Lead

3. Candidate Database Management

• Update & validate internal candidate database from other job portals e.g Jobstreet, FastJobs & MCF

4. Payroll Calculation

• Collect and validate attendance records, timesheets, and other payroll inputs.
• Calculate wages for temporary and part-time staff.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and address basic payroll queries.

5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
• A good team player, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
• Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
• Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking etc
• Provide on-site support for events
• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
• Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
• Certain administrative work will be expected
